Welcome to Quick Assign Service CRM. This online job management platform is intended to support small businesses in managing their operations efficiently. The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quick Assign Service CRM platform (referred to as the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms from the moment access is granted. If you register to use the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, accept them in full, and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement either on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization or entity.

Definitions

Quick Assign Service CRM provides You with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the Service through the Website, in accordance with the user roles assigned to You. This license is subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
  • The Subscriber has full authority to designate Invited Users and assign specific user roles and access levels.
  • The Subscriber bears responsibility for the actions and usage of the Service by all Invited Users.
  • The Subscriber can manage, modify, or revoke an Invited User’s access at any time.
  • In case of disagreement, the Subscriber has the final say regarding access rights.

Your Obligations

Payment Responsibilities

Quick Assign Service CRM will continue to bill You based on Your selected plan and usage until this Agreement is formally ended. All invoices must be paid by the due date.

Special Pricing and Discounts

Discounts may be provided based on Organizations You create. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of Service access.

General Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful internal business activities in compliance with these Terms.

Access Requirements

Keep login credentials secure. Report unauthorized access immediately to Quick Assign Service CRM.

Usage Rules

  • Do not compromise the security or integrity of systems.
  • Do not misuse Services in ways that affect performance.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload harmful files or infringe third-party rights.
  • Do not reverse engineer or tamper with software.

  • Service Limitations 

  • Your use may be subject to transaction or API limits, which will be communicated if applicable.


  • Communication Guidelines

  • Use communication features lawfully and appropriately. Do not post spam, offensive content, or unlawful material. Quick Assign Service CRM reserves the right to remove messages at its discretion.

  • Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Quick Assign Service CRM harmless from any claims, expenses, damages, or losses arising from Your breach of these Terms.

  • Anti-Spam Compliance                                                                                                                                                   All use of SMS and email features must comply with the Spam Act 2003. Messages require consent and must include opt-out options.

    Confidentiality & Privacy

    Both parties must protect confidential information. Obligations remain after termination. Exceptions include public, lawful, or independently developed information.

    Intellectual Property

    All rights to the Service remain with Quick Assign Service CRM. You retain rights to Your data but grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service.

    Warranties and Acknowledgments

    Quick Assign Service CRM provides the Services “as-is” with no warranties. Implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    Consumer Guarantees

    You agree that Services are used for business purposes, and consumer protection laws do not apply.

    Limitation of Liability

    Quick Assign Service CRM is not liable for indirect losses. Claims are limited to the Usage Fees paid in the last 12 months.

    Termination

    Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Quick Assign Service CRM may terminate immediately in cases of breach, overdue payments, or insolvency.

    Accrued Rights

    Termination does not affect accrued obligations. You remain responsible for outstanding charges.
